Ripple Effect therapists are Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers. We recommend checking your insurance plan to confirm coverage. At this time, we do not offer direct billing.

We thoughtfully match therapists with clients based on their areas of expertise, clinical experience, and availability, while also considering your preferences and needs.

We use Jane to host our virtual sessions, making it easy to connect from your phone or laptop, wherever you feel most comfortable.

For Adults: Learning to regulate our own nervous system is the key to unlocking our full best selves. In response to our approach, people report significant improvements in: anxiety and panic attacks, anger, mood, compulsions and more.

For Children, Youth, and Families: We offer counselling for the parents and families of younger children starting at age 4, youth seeking counselling for themselves, as well as free online parenting workshops. 

The standard rate for all appointments is $220.00 for a 50-minute session. This may be negotiable for individuals with limited or no benefit coverage.
