Parent Support Sessions are collaborative, not prescriptive. We don’t tell parents what to do or judge parenting choices.

Instead, we support you in understanding what’s happening beneath the surface so you can make parenting decisions that feel informed, confident, and aligned with your values.
Parent Support Sessions focus on parents and caregivers, not on providing therapy to your child.

They often complement child or teen therapy by helping parents feel more supported, regulated, and confident in how they respond at home.
Our parenting counselling approach is grounded in understanding the nervous system, attachment, and connection.

We do not follow trendy parenting methods or rigid systems. We’re not about quick fixes, sticker charts, or punishments. Instead, we offer compassionate, neuroscience-informed parenting support that respects your child’s individuality and your family’s lived experience.
Many extended health insurance plans cover sessions provided by registered psychotherapists or social workers. We provide receipts for eligible insurance reimbursement under the names of those in attendance, though we do not offer direct billing.

Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your benefits.
